Processing Times

Most orders ship within  3–5 business days.
Because our products are handmade and upcycled, larger pieces or custom work may require additional handling time. If processing will take longer than expected, we will contact you.


Shipping Methods

We ship using reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight services depending on item size and weight.

  • Small décor items: Standard parcel shipping

  • Furniture + oversized pieces: Freight or white-glove delivery (when available)

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at 21 Maple Avenue  Newton NH You will receive an email when your order is ready. Pickup times can be arranged by appointment.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary by carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information.
Please note that carrier delays (weather, rerouting, high volume, etc.) are outside our control.


Shipping Damage

We take every step to package items securely. If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include photos of the packaging and item.

  3. Keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

We will assist with replacement or a legally required refund only for damage occurring during shipping.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Carrier misdeliveries or stolen packages

  • Additional fees for reshipping returned packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
